The back section of this house was completly removed and re-built with, new basement with higher ceilings, Custom Kitchen, Radiant Heat in Tile and Wood Floors, Marvin Windows, Hardie Siding, Open Rafter Tails....

 

 

This is before a small addition and exterior remodeling.

 

 

Footings for the new porch are complete and we are preparing for the addition.

Addition closed in, some of the new windows installed, front porch floor started.

 

 

All framing completed, new roof being installed.

 

 

Completed project with Hardie siding, Koma exterior trim, mahogany porch, Anderson windows & doors, cedar railings, stone veneered porch footings, new roof, mahogany front door.....

 

 

New roof lines with cathedral ceiling for the family room on the back of the house.
